Delivery & returns
Delivery and return options belong to the offer and seller you choose.
Before placing your order
Confirm your delivery address, estimated arrival, shipping charge and the exact pack in the purchase tab. This site does not collect your payment or delivery information.
After placing your order
Use your order details in the account where you purchased. That is where tracking updates and available return or replacement options appear.
If food arrives damaged
Keep photographs of the shipping box and product, including the seal and batch code. Contact the seller through the order before sending anything back. Do not use food with a damaged seal or signs of spoilage.
The distributor address below is an information contact. Do not send returns there without instructions from your seller.
